Collaborate with the Executive Director, Board, key consultants and community partners on grant writing and fundraising efforts; storytelling efforts and the long term strategic vision for the Muddy Waters MOJO Museum.
Identify and build relationships with potential funders.
Lead grant writing efforts.
Collaborate with the Executive Director, Administrative and Marketing Coordinator, and key consultants to create and execute a storytelling strategyMOJO Museum and the MOJO Healing Garden and Performance Center.
Develop new partnerships to support the Museum and its programming.
Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board to create a long term financial strategy to ensure the museum’s fiscal sustainability. The Strategic Consultant position is a part time position reporting to the Executive Director.
Annual Salary: $18,000.
Bachelor’s degree in arts or related field.
Non-profit administration and grant writing experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good organization skills.
